I had a disappointing bike fit experience. It was my first bike fit every and I didn't know any better. I ended going somewhere else and getting re-fit and was astonished at how much more in depth the fit was, and how much better my bike felt afterwards. Plus, I received a full report out with all measurements, which was not offered at Flat Tire. A part of me wondered if they were just trying to sell components, I had to buy a stem AND handlebars because they didn't have a rise stem that fit my bike.

Shop doesn’t seem to Be good with e-bikes. More of a mountain/road bike focus. I’ve spent a lot of money on basic repairs and services and just have not been happy with the quality of work especially for the price. Angello is a really nice guy who will go the extra mile for you but I had a lot of trouble with his work. Just not complete not tightened not straight like you would want it to ride. Flat Tire and Co. is hands down the best bike shop around! Angelo went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my bike. He’s super knowledgeable, friendly, and you can tell he genuinely cares about getting you back on the road (or trail) safely. The whole experience was quick, professional, and stress-free. If you want excellent service with a personal touch, ask for Angelo—he’s the guy you want working on your bike!
