Ridiculous wait for a chicken salad sandwich! Think they had to go out and kill the chicken first! A man ahead of me had to ask for his latte twice - said he ordered 15-20 minutes before! The girl who waited on me had to ask me to repeat my order because she was looking at somebody else and not listening. Half of the baked goods in the counter looked burnt!
