I cannot say enough good things about Flat Rock Tile and Stone. We had quartz countertops installed as part of an extensive remodel, and were fortunate to have found this wonderful family business to help us. Liz assisted us to find the perfect stone and worked with us throughout the beginning planning and ordering phase. Because we built our own cabinets, we appreciated the extra time spent on details as we worked on the cabinets and flooring. Nice place, friendly staff. There are lots of options in this store and it’s great for any tile or flooring project. I’m only giving a 3 star because of the length of time it takes to hear back from any one. Average time for us had been a week to a week and a half to hear from our consultant , no matter how many times we’ve called or emailed. That’s not good when you are on time constraints and need answers. Other than that I could recommend this place over a big box store.
Flatrock Stone and Tile is great! Liz is knowledgeable and ready to work with. Can't wait to see the finished product
