I've lived here for 26 years and it's the first time I've seen our management follow the rules of the company that owns this property. The last mangers that cared about this place was Allan and De. Since they've been gone no one else seemed to care. I think what the new managers are doing to make it a better place is more than anyone else who has run it. Steve I was not evicted from your Park I chose to move because your park manager was harassing me in several other people in the park so please get your facts straight before you try to say something and the fact that you raised her a lot rent again even though your roads are extremely bad potholes that are ruining people's tires Holly promised to put in a playground for the kids but then went back on that the lights on the streets half of them don't work haven't been fixed but yet you have the money to bring in brand new tr... read more

Don’t move here this place has turned into a dictatorship!! The new manager is making all these rules but yet can’t follow them herself!! They even hired a tow Truck company to drive around seeing if people have more than 3 cars in their driveway!! Stay far far away

We just moved in here October 1st. Our trailer is brand new, we're extremely happy with it! It's beautiful and it's very nice to have something brand new! Elliot was wonderful;he took his time on the phone with both my husband and myself... Explained the leasing process here,all the details we would need to make an informed decision about doing a rent-to-own. Casey showed us multiple homes and was patient as well. Hi me and my daughter went to look at a home the guy Elliot that you have to contact think he’s a salesman not sure is very rude and non-professional the site manager is definitely not professional either I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move in here at least not until I get new staff to work for them. They give you the run around and when you call they are very rude !!! If Elliot is not the owner I think the owner needs to get new people to work for him and investigate in the complaints against his workers.
