Had a consistently terrible customer service experience with Jeff Clark over the course of a year. Jeff received $4500 as a downpayment for him to remove old signs and fabricate new signage. He claimed to have ordered the materials but after 8!months of no significant progress he took down the old signs and finally gave up the lie and owned up to him not being able to complete the project.
