Very rude and unprofessional. 10 days before my appointment they were faxed something from my insurance company that just needed to be signed by the DR. so I could continue to get Gas reimbursement and rides to my appointments. They said they would take care of it, they didn't 5 days before my first appointment now they say they never receved anything. This is gas reimbursement and/or rides to my DR appointments....
