Excessive late fees.
Very nice outdoor storage area. The spaces are clearly marked and the lines are helpful when backing in. The gate codes are easy and the gate works flawlessly. Very reasonable price overall! I will rent at this facility when I need storage space again.
Great customer service.
I was happy with the facility and rented two 50’ outdoor spaces and one large indoor for about $250 per month total. My RV space is too narrow to put out my stairs and we were going to pack for a trip. I sent what I thought was a courtesy email asking if I could park in the North lot for a day so we could pack. I was told no. The owner wouldn’t allow it. What if someone rented the space on Saturday and we were parked there until Sunday morning?
