I’ve used Flat Rate plumbing several times in Arlington. A complete water heater replacement with some drilling through the brick wall for emergency water escape. It was a big job, done for a fair price, and 5 years later……still have a hot shower! He has repaired a broken outside faucet in which I had to shut the water off in a timely fashion. Diagnosed a major under the slab leak, which was not something he does, but recommended a company who recommended the company we went with. Also has snaked out our clogged kitchen sink... read more
This guy is a perfectionist and he was quick. He replaced the pipe under my sink in less than 10 mins

We have used Flat Rate plumbing for several years now. Roy Adams is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He installed 2 water heaters at our home and we have called him back for several other things including leaks and dripping faucets, etc. He always asks many questions to get to the root of the problem and has been able to promptly diagnose the issue. We would highly recommend him over big name, large companies because of his attention to detail and overall skill level as a master plumber.
