They did a good job of cleaning, however they were totally disorganized leaving cleaning equipment scattered all over the place and every where they went to dust or clean it looked like a tornado hit the area. Pictures, vases, rugs lamps and everything were scattered or stacked on one another. It looked like nothing I have ever seen before. I contacted them twice afterward and never received a response. I hired Flat Rate Maids recently and the two maids that showed up were very polite. They did a very detailed job. I could not find one thing that I was dissatisfied with and I did try. I would suggest Flat Rate Maids the next time anyone is looking for a cleaning service. Plus, the price was affordable.
This is a very poor quality housekeeping service. Their cleaning is at best careless and at worst not existent.
We used Flat Rate Maids for the first time today 8/13/2011! All I have to say is AWESOME! So glad I found Jennifer, she is so nice and I was so comfortable with her in my home, and that's super important! I definately will use her company over and over again.
Flat rate housekeeping came out and did a holiday cleaning today. My wife was overwhelmed that guests were coming for the holidays. I had tie company come out and sure glad I did, they did a great job.
Great staff, great job, if you need acleaning company this are the people to call.
