Looking for an electrician can be a daunting task, but once we found Flat Rate Electric, all of the concerns quickly went away. We called on a Thursday, and they came out on a Friday. Not only was Cavin professional, but he was also extremely informative. He explained everything and dumbed it down for us to understand. Pricing was very responsible and straightforward. Awesome experience! I hired Randy, Cavin, and Flat Rate Electric to install an EV charger at my house. They were easy to get ahold of, had extremely competitive pricing, showed up on time, and did a great job with the install. I got a few quotes and realized that a lot of electricians like to charge people an "EV tax" (meaning they purposely charge a premium for EV charger installs). Flat Rate was the only place to not do this. Will be calling Cavin if I need anything else electrical-related from now on!
