Darren and his team were quick to respond to my failing furnace and installed a new one the next day...did a great job and cleaned up and locked the door when they left...would totally recommend flatland mechanical
We had 2 furnaces installed. First caused problems, noise, stop start. 2nd, was installed 9 months later. The service was there idea to change furnaces, job not done well. Furnace was uneven causing fan to be on angle and contacting frame, making a loud noise. From Oct.2022, till now we have been phoning, emailing and have had no replies. This is a warranty problem that they don't want to deal with. We now have buy a new furnace.
Wayne and Darren are great at what they do. But for new builds the apprentices they leave to do the duct work unfortunately have no passion. The joints are not sealed properly. They try to patch big holes and gaps with tape which eventually comes off. Made the build frustrating.
Quick to respond and help us out with a furnace replacement and new AC unit. Professional, friendly and left our home the same way they found it, very tidy work. Highly recommended!!
I have had Wayne out a number of times to fix things up at various places. Just had my sister call him after dealing with a less ethical operation that gave her the "your furnace is too old, the heat exchanger is cracked, and nobody can fix it as it is a code violation" story to try to sell her a new 5000$ unit. Flatland has been honest, on time and reliable every time I have needed some help. That is getting rare in this business. Much Appreciated!
