Terrible.. paid the $30 tune up fee online then dropped it off. No call for three weeks so I stopped in to find it was given break pads for an extra charge of $125. A call to authorize this is standard but was not given and the interaction was handled with hostility on their part when respectfully questioned Would advise against using them as there are other options where customer experience is valued higher

Fantastic effort from the team working in this shop. They communicated well, gave advice, very knowledgeable and technical. Reasonably priced. Will go back next time I need work done.
I had booked a appointment to fix my flat tire for my e-bike a few days ago. Yesterday when I got there,I was told that they cannot fix electric bike. It’s very convenient if they had told me before I got there.
