I've worked with him for 5 years, referred many people to him and he just helped us sell my fiance's house for OVER asking price in the middle of a global pandemic. What more can you ask? I would not reccommend Eddie to anyone, we sold our house through him last year and it was a horrible experience. Everytime I tried to get information from him it was like corresponding with a brick wall, if I put my husband in touch with him he would respond. Eddie is a poor communicator and is not prompt on his repsonses. I was frustrated that he put himself as the middle man between us and other realtors, as we would not get feedback or questions from realtors / potential buyers. I would not recommend Eddie Davis to anyone, there are several other companies out there that will get you on the MLS and actually help the real estate transaction. Eddie is awful about providing information and unless you've sold real estate on your own before you're not going to have a good experience because you wont know what questions you need to ask or what you'll be expected to do. VERY poor communicator. Email seemed the best way to contact him. Often didn’t answer questions. Buyers agent couldn’t communicate with Eddie either. Errors made on contract paperwork almost lead to wrong counteroffer and then broken final deal. I would recommend this type of service for involved sellers but not Mr Davis.
