We came as a group to side by side the trails. The location was perfect for that. The rooms on the first floor were incredibly musty so we moved to second floor. There’s no elevator but yet there’s luggage carts. The air conditioning was working off and on. The first night the hot water was out for the entire hotel but fixed within a couple hours. The ice machine didn’t work days two and three. The breakfast wasn’t too bad. Not much for seating but is indicated as a grab n go breakfast. Price was average. All in all, we’d st... read more
Good room, good food. My dog was welcomed and so were the kids.
Good food and service was great! The fish fillet was huge and my son loved his pork chops. Definitely recommend.
The staff at Flat Creek Lodge are always so accommodating. Plenty of room for trailer parking with access to all the trails in Hayward. We had a small mix up with the charges for our room, no problem. Manager Ralph was more then willing to dig in and make sure it was taken care of. Great Job!!!
