We worked with Kegan to buy a home. He was always available via text, email or call. He walked us step by step through the whole process and is super easy to talk and get along with. He got us in touch with multiple other people We needed throughout the process as well. We truly feel like he cared about us and our situation. He had multiple different options for us and looked for ways to save us money. We will absolutely use Flat Branch for all of our future needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tanner Russell of Flat Branch Home Loans. I was referred to Tanner after the previous lender I was working with told me they would not be able to move forward with the loan only three days before I was supposed to close. Tanner in the Fulton, MO office was great to work with! This was our first home purchase, and Tanner along with the rest of the Flat Branch staff made this a very simple and smooth process. Much smoother than we ever expected. Tanner and FB will be our go to when a friend or family member need a recommendation, or if we need to purchase another home. Thank you Tanner!!
