Carrie Martin and her team are extremely professional extremely organized. Love doing business with them. They are the best in the business when it comes to understanding and guiding their clients them through one of the must difficult loan process anybody will experience in their life. Thanks to their speed and nonsense approach I was able to refinance 2 properties in record time. 110% would recommend!!! Thank you Carrie for all you do!
We have been working with Carrie and her team for 4 months trying to get a home to clear underwriting. Everything they asked for we have provided. Every time we fulfilled their requests, they would come with something else stating that was insufficient. The lack of communication and unprofessional work was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this group.
