We completed a home purchase in July 2019 with Michelle O'Rear (@Flat Branch Home Loans) as our lender. Michelle was wonderful. She received our loan and got working on it promptly. When she had all of our information she was able to get us closed in a week. She was kind, answered all questions we had.
