Sophie is a liar! I came in on Wednesday, November 26. The shop was busy. I asked Sophie if I could bring my daughter in for waxing on Friday, November 28. She says yes, “we open at 11:00.” I then reiterated, “you can service her at 11:00 am?” Her response was yes. First of all, she didn’t arrive to the shop until 11:30 am. Then, when I approached and repeated our conversation, “her response was, “I don’t take appointments.” You have lost two long time customers.
I’m generally happy with their work and atmosphere. Avoid lashes because they come off that same night!!! No guarantee for her services by store. 😤😤😬😬. Nails are usually pretty when you leave. But you fell obligated to tip a little to everyone who touches you for pedicure and nails, and that could be four (4) people!!
