I’d put zero if I could, unprofessional, called for over a month with no response, after paying in full, did not give me my contract book, put the wrong information on my contact cards DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

Beth was very helpful and was able to get a large embroidery order completed on very short notice. She was professional and did everything she could to accommodate each of my requests. She was the only company in town able to complete an order before Christmas. Great customer service and would gladly recommend this company.
