Beth was very helpful and was able to get a large embroidery order completed on very short notice. She was professional and did everything she could to accommodate each of my requests. She was the only company in town able to complete an order before Christmas. Great customer service and would gladly recommend this company.

***Edited to respond to response below. This is inaccurate as you first told me you refunded coach and ask them then immediately admitted to only initially providing partial refund and was waiting to refund the rest to the coaches (they can’t refund what they don’t have). I didn’t eventually get my refund from the coaches. You refunded me and asked me to remove my review on here. Couldn’t provide product or refund money to customers in timely manner. Still haven’t received refund or product. Payment was provided in mid November in full. Now from what I’ve been hearing, they have a lot of unsatisfied customers. Please do your research before buying or shopping there!!!

Extremely disappointed. A group order was placed in end of November/December-ish. Order was never received. Had to fight tooth and nail to get back our refund (which still isn’t in hand). I’m shocked at the level of how unprofessionally this was all handled by the staff at Flashions. I was promised returned calls etc. Which I never received. Waiting on a refund for months after you couldn’t deliver on a product was INSANE!
