I ordered two items for the 45th anniversary of a non for profit organisation located in Toronto, Canada. I was really impressed by the quick replies to my questions and the great customer service by Rachel. Just got my order, delivered as promised and perfect. Thank you very much for your attention to details. It’s very reassuring when we have a small budget with no room for mistakes.

I was given a limited amount of time to prepare for an important outdoor event in Manhattan and I wanted masks with a guaranteed delivery date. This was proving difficult since we were in a crunch and we wanted masks for children. I am so glad I was able to find Flashbay! One of the worst companies I have ever worked with! They pay customers and employees to leave malicious 5-star reviews. The CEO, Janet Abke, screamed racial slurs at me and called me the "N-word" several times after my order was messed up. Avoid them at all costs!
