COVER-UP.....I did a LOT of research trying to find the BEST Tattoo Artist in this area to do a chest piece cover-up. As many of you know or may not know, Cover-ups are the most difficult of tattoos to complete and many of us have had that one "BAD" or "IT'S GOT TO GO" TATTOO.
