Over the years, Flash PT has been instrumental in helping me not only recover from running-related injuries and prepare for races, but also better understand how to care for my body and stay healthy long-term. I can't thank Ryan and the entire Flash PT team enough for their expertise, support, and guidance. Their knowledge is invaluable, and I highly recommend anyone looking to recover from injury, or simply move and feel better to take advantage of all they have to offer.

I went to Flash prior to training for a marathon to where my weaknesses were and avoid injury. A few visits significantly help with my training and a few tweaks before race day after helped me have a great race. I still leverage many of the exercises years later to keep my hips and knees in check! I would highly recommend if you are injured but would also recommend reaching out to avoid injury.

I have been a patient at Flash Momentum for over 10 years for various orthopedic issues (post-ACL rehab, post TKR, post shoulder repair) and have nothing but great things to say about the practice. The exercises and hands-on work Ryan provides are top notch and have been extraordinarily beneficial in my recoveries and have allowed me to get back to my 2 favorite sports - tennis and skiing.
