I had Flash R.V. repair come in to repair my front A/C unit, replace my black water tank, replace the drain cable, rewire the front landing gear motor, replace the awning motor, were just a few things he was supposed to fix and was paid by my insurance to do. 3 months after he replaced the motor on the A/C the wires melted and caught on fire, almost burning my rv up. Upon arriving in Waco we experienced a broken leaf spring. Not knowing the area, I googled for a mobil repair because I was not going to drag my trailer any further. I called Curtis at Flash RV. He came out that same day and assessed our sad situation. We agreed that we needed all 4 springs replaced. He showed up on time and replaced all 4 in under 3 hours. He did an exellent job at the agreed price. I could not be happier. If you need rv work done, Curtis is your man. Thanks so much for the professional job, Curtis.

I am very thankful for Curtis and Flash RV for the work they done. As I live in my trailer it couldn't be taken to a shop the roof needed replaced. As my trailer was just 15 months old Curtis worked with the manufacturer and got it replaced under warranty. Once the parts arrived he got the work done in a timely manner . I would recommend and have to anyone that needs rv repairs. Thank you Curtis and the guys that helped.

Flash RV claims to be a licensed insurance adjuster but their not. When filing a claim with your insurance company this can potentially lead to the insurance company not providing any coverage at all. Just remember this is a biased quote given to the insurance company because Flash RV wants to due any repairs to financially benefit their company. As a new RV owner it sucks when stuff goes wrong. Curtis was amazing throughout the process. We had major slide issues that cut our summer plans. Curtis diagnosed quickly and fixed it just as fast. He was an advocate for us with the manufacturer and sped up our approval to get it fixed. I could not be happier with flash RV.
