Maeva in contracts and Vincent in Service were exceptional. They made the buying experience a pleasure. Quick to answer questions and respond to emails. They had my bike crated and ready to go in no time. The bike was well secured and through Day & Ross the bike was picked up Monday afternoon in Montreal and arrived in Nova Scotia before noon on Wednesday in immaculate condition. I was a bit stressed about buying a bike from out of province but it worked out very well and I was worried for nothing.
Montreal Ducati sets the standard in professionalism, service, and standards that should be the benchmark for most all other dealers. Top notch!
