Decided to stop off on my way home as I've been looking into purchasing a multi V4S. walked around and stood in front of the bike I wanted to purchase for about 45 mins, no one came, walked around again, only people that I saw were sitting on their phones. not even a , Hi, can I help you with anything?.. so left, stopped at BMW Gabriel and purchased a 1300GS. transaction was cash. so, big thank you to BMW for taking the time to say hi :)
Pre-purchase experience was great. Quick responses. Competitive pricing. Post-sale? Terrible. Sent emails to salesman about adding a slipon to a Ducati Monster and how it might impact warranty. No reply. At 980 kms, brought bike in for inital servicing at another dealer closer to me. An oil leak at the oil level sight glass. Emailed salesman to discuss. No reply. I went there looking for a specific part, they found it fast, they even gave me a few useful tips for the installation. And today I was lucky enough to see the new XDiavel NERA, during an exclusive event. Thank you Marty Robitaille (President Ducati Official Club Québec) and Ducati Montréal for the invitation.
