Too hit or miss, staff can be very rude and don’t always give you what you ask for/will say they can accommodate certain colours/designs when they can’t. At times nails are uneven shapes/lengths depending on if you get a good/bad technician. I hope they improve, wish the business well.

Unfortunately after my recent appointment with Flash Nails I won’t be coming back. The design I asked for looked pretty different from what I received. From all my appointments at this nail salon, I’ve only had one semi-decent interaction with one of the workers. Every other time, especially recently, the staff don’t put any music on and when I try to make conversation I get mostly ignored. I visited for a BIAB set on a Friday afternoon and the salon was empty. Despite not having any other customers the job was VERY rushed which unfortunately translated to the nails. They were extremely lumpy, uneven, and very very thick (picture a lump of chewing gum slapped onto your nail and that’s what it was like). The set was done in 30 minutes. Just had the rudest manicurist give me the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. I paid them, left and will NEVER return.
