The owner STOLE my money. I paid for a service that she never provided. I asked many times for a refund before posting this review. -Disappointed on a human level Kelly. I have loved my experience at Flashlab! Kelly is so sweet and accommodating with the appointments. Always gives me honest advices regarding treatments instead of trying to sell services… I trust her with my laser treatments completely!
I have gone to see Kelly now for over three years. I have received well over a dozen varying treatments. I appreciate the depth of her knowledge and how great she has kept my skin looking over these years. I will sorely miss her and her team's bedside manner and her expertise and skill. If I could I would try to squeeze in more treatments but I know she is booked up til she closes. She has always been professional and I in turn have been responsible with my appts.
I purchased a Groupon for 3 Sessions of laser genesis in late December 2024. I was told the first time I arrived by the owner Kelly Rheel that she was closing her offices in March 2025 and moving to Washington DC. It’s odd that this was not stated upon purchase and only at the first appointment. I felt like I had to get the appointments in before she closed. First 2 appointments went smoothly.
