Jorge will promise you dates, never arrive and never call. Once he completed my roof there were leaks and he again will not return calls or fix the issues. Once on the roof I found shingles not attached, flashing not run to the wall and now have to pay a real roofer to fix his mess. Terrible quality, no follow through and not worth ever hiring again. Basically he is not a roofer.
Jorge from Flash Homes charged us 50% deposit and disappeared for 5 weeks, after calling him many times he came to fix the roof that originally was going to take 2 days but he took over two weeks coming every now and then for short periods of time. We paid him thinking that everything was fixed but the next raining day came and none of the leaks were fixed but some of them were worst.
