Needed power shut off to condo in order to change a circuit breaker. (Condo bylaw) They showed up when i was not home even though I asked them to call me first. Then they quoted me at over $300 to change the breaker and had to return another day with the proper part. When they returned again did not call me first and showed up. Girlfriend let them in to switch the breaker. Didn't shut the power off first. Swapped out the breaker. Still charged me over $300. Insisted on payment through personal EMT, gave the wrong email which... read more
