I came here with my son for the first time. They attended to us and said that with a payment of $21.26, we would have two months of free service. I paid for two cars, and now they've taken that same amount from my account several times without authorization. I called to complain about what happened, and no one answered. When I go to get service, I don't want them to be honest about what they offer. I'm not happy at all.
If I could give this place a zero I would. First of all they are falsely advertising there deals. When I went there 2 months ago, one of the employees said that I would get 2 months free for signing up and then after I’d be paying the regular membership fee. I ended up canceling my membership because I would wash my car there and noticed that the car came out dirty and wet because I found out they have some broken blowers which they are not informing there customers about. The New Britain location leaves something to be desired. It needs some serious work. I’m always having all sort of billing issues every single month with overcharging my credit card. It is totally ridiculous!! The people that work there are very nice, so it’s completely frustrating to take it out on people who are genuinely nice people, but management needs to figure out what the hell they’re doing.
