They robbed me of $600 they told me they changed the axel on my suv.. lies!! I went to conrads and they confirmed my axel was the original.. it was never changed. I went up and asked what was up with everything.. they said they could do anything without a receipt. They remember my face!! Unprofessional.. couldn't give me a copy of my receipt.. said they had no paper that I was ever there.. even when I gave them model and year of my car.
This is the only place I will take my car in Cleveland! The location is convenient to east side & westside. Very knowledgeable & skillful mechanics. The guys in the shop are honest & won't fix it unless it is broke. Unlike some shops I have dealt with, before discovering them, they will not try to rip off female customers. Whats done is done for me, but u guys SUCK!!!!!! – I am writing this b/c legally i am not able to do much to retaliate, but this place fd up my car to the point that is is immobilized due to un-professional, shoddy work done by this house of "mechanics". After I brought my own parts and told Dave the owner that my timing belt was due for normal 60thousand mile change, I was punished when they just switched out only the parts I brought them, and ignored everything else that was included in this labor intensive job.
