Very good people and very good on prices would not take my truck anywhere else but flash Dave red and Al knows there stuff and would not dick you around about it and if they didn’t know what is wrong they will be real with you not like other shops would and gets you right in and out fast keep up the good work guys 5 stars from me
They robbed me of $600 they told me they changed the axel on my suv.. lies!! I went to conrads and they confirmed my axel was the original.. it was never changed. I went up and asked what was up with everything.. they said they could do anything without a receipt. They remember my face!! Unprofessional.. couldn't give me a copy of my receipt.. said they had no paper that I was ever there.. even when I gave them model and year of my car.
Filled with a bunch of liars.. robbed me of $600.. told me they had to change my axel.. went to conrads, they told me the axel and hub were the originals! So when I went up there to ask them what's up with everything.. they told me they couldnt do anything w/o a receipt. But they remember my car, my face, which hub they worked on! This is the only place I will take my car in Cleveland! The location is convenient to east side & westside. Very knowledgeable & skillful mechanics. The guys in the shop are honest & won't fix it unless it is broke. Unlike some shops I have dealt with, before discovering them, they will not try to rip off female customers. If they can't fix it, they will let you know. Usually they can fix it & the charge will be a lot less than what you expect! Very hard to find mechanics like the guys at this shop! I'd say that they are wonderful, great at getting the job done, these guys know what they are doing. If u need a great mechanic Dave is the best nothing less. You'll b glad u tried him.
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE TOOK MY TRUCK IN FOR A MISFIRE ON CYLINDER 6 I TOLD THEM THIS IS WHATS WRONG WITH MY TRUCK AND I USED MY SCANNER AND THIS IS WHAT CAME UP THEY CALL ME AN HOUR LATER AND TELL ME I HAVE LOW COMPRESSION IN CYLINDER 5 AND TOLD ME TO SELL THE TRUCK SO I WENT TO A DIFFERENT SHOP AFTER THEY BROUGHT UP MISFIRE IN CYLINDER 6 AND FOUND MY FUEL INJECTOR UNPLUGGED THE OTHER SHOP FIXED IT AND IT RUNS GREAT FLASH AUTOMOTIVE IS VERY SHADDY THEY LIE CHEAT AND STEAL YOUR MONEY THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARS THEY GUESS AND ... read more
Whats done is done for me, but u guys SUCK!!!!!! – I am writing this b/c legally i am not able to do much to retaliate, but this place fd up my car to the point that is is immobilized due to un-professional, shoddy work done by this house of "mechanics". After I brought my own parts and told Dave the owner that my timing belt was due for normal 60thousand mile change, I was punished when they just switched out only the parts I brought them, and ignored everything else that was included in this labor intensive job.
