Great experience with Racquel! She’s a lot of fun and does a beautiful job!
Sadly I had a very disappointing experience here. From the moment I arrived, Racquel was unwelcoming and dismissive. When I greeted her politely, she barely acknowledged me - She said she didn’t understand my request for neutral white or pink nails and seemed frustrated throughout the entire appointment—sighing, playing a podcast with aggressive profanity, and taking a FaceTime call for half the time. I’ve had 2 appointments here so far - the first was a pedicure only and the second appointment was a manicure with dipping powder and a pedicure. Both appointments went well.
