Gave him a retainer to complete my father's estate which did not get completed and when I asked him for my retainer back he refused and when I asked for an itemized bill to support the expenses he told me that would cost me much more than the $3500 I already gave him. I never received a copy of an invoice or my retainer back. Never experienced an Attorney not supplying documentation for expenses when the full retainer is kept.
