Outstanding service and flowers!!!!
0 star actually. I had the worse experiece with this florist. She was extremely rude. The basket was not what I ordered, and I was told that it wasn't her issue! I will never order from this one again. A complaint has been filed with the BBB and Teleflora.
This florist is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered and should certainly not be dealing with customers who are trying to send messages of happiness and love. I ordered from 1-800-flowers who unfortunately used this floral shop, confirmed the incorrect address with the driver by accident, and called customer service to explain what happened and apologize to the driver. They told me no problem and that a redelivery would be issued. Fast forward to the next morning...I get a call from the florist essentially attackin... read more
I ordered flowers offline and they delivered them. They were suppose to be delivered same day but were not. They delivered the next day. When I saw what was delivered. I was completely embarrassed. The arrangement I picked out online was nothing like what was sent. It look as if they just threw flowers in a vase and delivered them. Basically something I could have done. I would not recommend them to anyone and they should of been embarrassed to put their name on that arrangement.
