The truck we got got is a nice truck at a good price but the customer service was poor. Payton was so unmotivated that we almost went with a different dealership. He was bad at communicating and very slow at moving forward with anything. At one point my husband called up to ask how stuff was moving along and Payton answered the phone just to transfer him to his voicemail cause he didn't feel like helping.
