Lied about the extent of injury they caused my cat during a botched procedure which led to a couple months of im sure terrible pain and eventual euthanasia. Brought to a different emergency vet and was told 100% flannery was at fault. His "slight" urethra tear actually ended up being torn up and down his entire urethra making surgery not even an option. He was only 3 years old and they will not take accountability for their lies and malpractice.
