Beautiful expert painting. Joe also did some drywall patching and helped resolve a moisture issue in the hall. There is new ceiling texture in the kitchen and hall. I am so pleased with his workmanship and knowledge. My house issues would have been disasterous with a less experienced contractor.

I would not recommend Flannary Decorators (Joe Flannary) under any circumstances. While he is a pleasant Trumpist fellow, and talks well, he is very expensive ( he repaired a 2x4 foot ceiling drywall and painted in a downstairs bedroom for $800.00 over an extended period, my wife was unhappy with the result, and I asked him a simple question, ie., the name of the Sherwin Williams paint brand of paint he used, and his reply was an off white color. I used Joseph to repair some drywall and paint at a major retail store. He was very quick to show up and send an estimate. He even informed me some other bad spots in the same area that needed attention. The repaired holes and cracks in the dry wall look amazing!! Like they were never there. He even painted the entire area so it would look uniform. Amazing work and very Professional. Will be using again for anything in this area.
