I would not recommend Dr, Flanagan for a drooping eyelid surgery. She performed my surgery April 2022. I followed all her post-op instructions exactly. My eye does not look any better than it did before the surgery and I have knots in the corner where my upper and lower lids meet. The knots itch constantly and my eye is constantly running with tears. When I went in for my post-op exam the week after surgery, she said give it a few weeks and the knots will go away. NOT!!!! It's 6 weeks post-op and the knots are still there. S... read more
