WORST FLANIGAN’S EVERRR!!!🤢 As a Flanigan’s regular, I would AVOID this one at ALL COST! I’ve never had a more horrible experience with food than I’ve had here! My fries and shrimp stale!! Hard as a rock, I’m guessing reheated / overcooked leftovers. But inedible nonetheless! The wings overcooked! This is so disappointing and whoever served this in that kitchen needs training or a different job completely. I will not be back, you’d have to pay me.
I have never had such a disappointing experience at Flanigan’s until today. While the food itself was good, the customer service was so poor that it overshadowed everything else and made me want to leave. Sharon was our server during this visit, and unfortunately, her service was the most careless, unwilling, and unprofessional I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant.
