I visited Flanigan’s between 12:12 a.m. and 12:48 a.m., and honestly, the experience was unacceptable. We stood inside for about five minutes with no greeting or acknowledgment, then had to walk around looking for someone to help us. When we were finally assisted by Arin, the service felt rushed, careless, and unprofessional. The biggest issue was my food order. Chose Flangigan's as it was close to the hotel that I had just arrived at. Being a Sunday around 1pm the place was rather busy. Seating was still available including outdoor. Atmosphere outside was nice and service was friendly. I opted for the fantastic tacos, which were huge. The rice was a filler inside that almost overpowered the Mahi-Mahi, since it was inside the tacos I substituted the side of rice dor fries. Bartender was extremely rude and they care more about the server than the client.
La mesera que nos atendió fue servicial y atenta. Pero la mesera vieja que nos tiro los platos en la mesa fue grosera y ordinaria. Eso hizo que pasáramos un momento desagradable en ello que debía ser relajante. Deberían ver que gente los representa atendiendo al público. SI no le gusta trabajar que se quede en su casa. Y si no quiere atender gente, que cambie de trabajo. No tengo porque aguantar faltas de respeto de gente que esta frustrada
