Ordered by phone tonight Shrimp Scampi - no parmigiana- we get it all the time. I was quoted 15 minutes for pickup time- order took nearly 30 minutes to get - sticker says no parmigiana- good thing I checked because the meal and rolls were coated with parmigiana cheese. I ask to speak with a manager to get a replacement expedited- he sends out another manager who wants to argue with me that it can’t be made without parmigiana instead of apologizing for the error maybe offering a soda or something while I’m waiting again!

Voy siempre , por lo menos 3 veces a la semana, pero esta última vez , no me quedaron ganas de ir mas. Redujeron el tamaño o la cantidad de costillas de medio rack, se perdían en el plato. Antes venían con dos contornos ahora es uno solo. Y muy pequeño. Hasta el plato lo redujeron de tamaño. Salimos con hambre. El servicio tardo muchísimo en salir. Pedimos vasos de agua que nunca llegaron. De verdad que decepción, despues de tantas visitas
