Like the people and the food is good
Worst restaurant in Miami. They put my under cooked burger back on the grill after I took a bite and brought it back out totally charded.
We (my lady and i) went to the establishment for lunch and we had the burger and fries...everything was great,we had a beautiful server named Tanya and she was attentive to our concern...one thing ive notuced is the noise level was perfect because i do not like noise at all....it was a great experience all around BUT it would be nice for the restaurant manager to have the A/C temperature in a comfortable setting because it wasn't good enough to freeze...lol......keep up the good work and I will come back again but this time ... read more
I was a loyal Flanigans customer for over twenty years. I had four separate issues in the last few months with sloppy and disrespectful service. Upon tipping a well deserved 0 after going to the restroom with my wife and finding our table cleaned and in the process of being reseated. I asked to at the very least have me beer replaced and they said no. A manager came and asked us to leave. So instead of fixing the service problem, they get rid of the customer. Good going. Having a son with severe food allergies presents a problem when it comes time to go out to a restaurant. We went to Flanigan's in Pompano Beach for his 10th birthday and were able to communicate our requirements for our son to have a safe dinner out to Anthony, who was the manager on duty that night. He was able to ensure us that no cross contamination would occur and since this was our third time here, we knew we were in good hands. We just left kneisa did great job. We just were reluctant due to 15 violations from health dept. We have loved Flanigans for years.
I have been to this restaurant several times. I always enjoy the food and the service.
Good Service. We finally had a chance to visit the new Flannigans in our area. The food was great as expected (ribs). The kids had a great time with their puzzles and crayons. The manager was very nice (dressed as witch because it was close to Halloween). She visited our table many times and was a hit with my little one. We will definitely visit again. Welcome to Westchester !
I've given this location 3 chances. first time waited 25 minutes to be sat, never saw a hostess or a security guard and ended up seating ourselves. although service was decent that visit. next visit same issue with being seated. asked 3 different people about seating, finally got a table, but service was okay at most. today showed up at 12 pm and managed to find a seat at the bar, only to be told last call already happened. managed to make it to the Kendall location with enough time to order food, thank god.
