It was our first time here went with friends that live near here. The chicken wings were great the fire crack shrimp were very good as well The service was slow but our waitress was very nice The prime rib was just ok at best very dry and the bake potato was not cook through. Next time we will just have appetizer for our meals

We had a negative experience at the location on bird rd and 97th ave. We waited for over two hours to be seated. We left because we were tired of waiting and not being attended to and my two smaller children lost their patience. The hostess was rude and disrespectful. She said to us as we left, "come back again", in a sarcastic tone. We've been to other Flanny locations many times and always had great service. This place has been around a very long time and thats because they know how to make great food,drinks and offer their customers great service.I have been going here for years and tell all my relatives and friends when they come to town to go there.

If you're in the mood for seafood american-style, i'll recommend this. I particularly like their dolphin sandwich and lemon pepper tilapia but to each their own. Not a big fan of the cups they use to serve, the cups for water remind me of cafeteria cups.

I gave this restaurant several chances; it's in a convenient location on US1. But each time I've felt disappointed with either the food or the service. Management always comes around towards the end of the meal to ask how everying was. On my last visit I decided to respond honestly about the flavor of one food item. The manager became defensive and gave insincere stock answers to respond. I wish I hadn't been asked!
