Terrible experience, honest mixup that management could have easily made right but instead chose to make things difficult and fight. Very poor example of zero care for customer service. I've been to this and numerious of locations for years, extremely disappointed that a happy customer means nothing to this location.
Great place for a drink and food.
We come here everyday for lunch and it's amazing. One thing that can improve is when we come for a certain person and ask to sit with that person we expect to. Courtney is amazing and we only ask for her. But it's been a few times we were told we can't sit with her. Please change this or you will lose regular clients. She is amazing and remembers everything we drink and eat.
