We purchased a home in 2022 and wanted to set it up as a vacation rental. Flaneur helped us through the process including licensing, marketing, and short-term rental management. We're going into our third year, and are very pleased with the number of repeat guests, positive reviews of our property, and the overall amount of rental activity in the peak and off-seasons.
I have rented vacation homes on Tilghman Island from Jennifer for several years. Have never had a problem. She is very responsive, professional and pays attention to detail. She gets it right the first time!

Worked with Flaneur for our rental of Eagan's End Property on Tilghman Island. Flaneur is top notch with perfect amount of communication and there to help if/when needed. It appears from my research of the properties in the area that Flaneur represents high quality luxury properties. Eagan's End is beautiful, very well appointed and therefore perfect. Our family enjoyed it tremendously for the second time now.
