Rude and ignorant. Not at all kind or compassionate.
Absolutely no empathy or compassion!! I left as message for an emergency because she was recommended by a friend. All she did was call me back and offer to come euthanize my beloved 3 year old dog!!!! I was in utter shock!!!! Certainly no bedside manner in my option!!!!
