Oven wasn’t heating and back burner wasn’t working on our electric stove. Called a local appliance dealer and was told we needed a new stove. Flanders Appliances came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and fixed both problems - all within a week. Kevin explained the problem well and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company.
I used them to install a new furnace in 2021. They chunked out one of my floor joists badly, and it didn't look to be necessary as the pipe to the exterior fits anyway without the removal of that much material. They also forgot to put it in 2-stage mode, so it was running in single-stage mode for a year. I then paid for the year-round service of the furnace and AC. The AC was original to the home. If I could give less than one star I would, These people are the most dishonest people I’ve ever dealt with in my whole life. They have been out to repair my appliance multiple times and they continue to make it worse. I spoke with Kim 4-2-26 and she stated she ordered another part however, cannot believe they haven’t authorized a replacement with it only being 2 months old.
