2010 subaru forester needed new clutch and center differential. flanco said they would do it but decided it was too hard and only replaced the clutch without bothering to let me know . left me with a $600 part that could have been easily taken care of while the clutch was out . now the repair has to be redone at my expense. they said they were sorry and they're certainly right about that. don't be a trusting fool like I was.
