Poor service
Do not rent here. I began renting here about 2 1/2 years ago. Recently I ended my storage contract. I received a notice that move out would be on June 30. Since then, I've continued to receive monthly billing and claims that I left an exterior lock on the unit. I didn't. It was a standard door with a knob and key. Both by phone and email I receive the same spiel that it's being escalated and that I will hear from. Someone the next day. Both nothing. I'm turning this over to my attorney.
My bill has went up $51.00 for storage unit in less than a year.
