Flanagan’s were out to clean our furnace and ductwork today. These. Guys. Rock. They are professional, polite and thorough. We have been with them for several years now and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. If I could give them more stars, I would.

Extremely nice team arrived on-time that did the job professionally. They took great care removing footwear at the door laying down protection for carpets where any hoses ran.
Thank you Darren and William. These guys are very professional and I like that they had the cloth underneath the hose, keeps the stairs protected from scratches and they had the plastic corners to protect the edges. I noticed that they had the silver plates on each vent, i supposed so they won't miss any vents. Amazing! No furnace co has done such service.
