Being a college kid is hard and one thing that stresses me out the most is car stuff and,having a good mechanic when shit hits the fan and man is essential. The service center will do anything they can to avoid applying a bumper to bumper warranty and they can get away with it because the next dealer is in Idaho
Service dept is great to a point. Watch the finances carefully. Charged me 200$ for a “ loaner car”. Deducted it out of my bank account instantly without notification. On the 5 th of Nov. Learned today there is a hold on my money till the 9 th. The money supposedly went to a third party. The car was returned on the 5 th at 4:45. This is so typical of important details being “overlooked “ I now have been screwed 3 times by them. One on a check they agreed to hold fora few days and cashed it the very next day. Young Mazda service is department is 5 stars! They are so friendly, fast as possible, they send you a video with a walk through of everything they do & find for you, complementary! They have snacks, & vending machines & books & tv while you wait.
Service was outstanding. Great loaner car. Great service manager.
