This dealership is about as poor as one can get. After being ripped off in car sales - they cashed a checked before agreed date and did not pay for a vehicle purchased from me for a month I tried to give service a chance. The events that have transpired are appalling and unacceptable. I have been chasing a “faulty” engine light on my Mass Sensor since truck was part of a home sale. Emily is plain outstanding. I took my Tacoma in to have service done on my Mass Sensor light that comes on intermittently. She explained everything in a completely thorough way and let me know what was going to be done. Her explanation was that the truck has a lot of high performance parts and it is possible that it is leading to the light coming on for a number of potential reasons. Being a college kid is hard and one thing that stresses me out the most is car stuff and,having a good mechanic when shit hits the fan and man is essential. I can say that with my chest about Mazda service department. They always help me and keep it real with me. I struggle to do expensive car repairs and they help me all the way through with great financing options and finding the best stuff for my buck. they truly do a great job through and through and I will never go anywhere but here. The service center will do anything they can to avoid applying a bumper to bumper warranty and they can get away with it because the next dealer is in Idaho
