Ever since the corporation took over it has gone downhill. Office manager is rude. It just feels like they're trying to pressure you into work you don't need just to pad their pockets.

Re: Dennis Flanagan DDS and the Groton Dental Group...Not good! I've had implants for over a year and the work is not completed. Still have temporary crowns since December of 2021. Now I am told he is no longer at the Groton practice. No one ever notified me that he had left. The office had never called me to talk about arrangements to be seen by anyone else. I have since retired. No dental insurance, and a mouth with unfinished work.
